This place is awesome, they are very accommodating to make sure you are happy with your purchase and will make it right.. had to look for difficult parts on an Infinity, they had it and in great condition and at very reasonable prices. I wouldn't hesitate to visit again should the need arise. Sales people were awesome.. thanks for making a difficult assignment a breeze , great job!

We went here to get A transmission for our daughters 2007 convertible beetle they had four on the lot and let us choose which car it was going to be pulled from. Husband got it home installed under 24 hours works better than the original when we bought it used. We will definitely be doing business with them again as needed. Added bonus customer service was stellar as well

I called looking for a used transmission for a 94 ford ranger. I was really hopeful with the reviews I read. A man picked up the phone and said nothing no hi hello. So I say hello. Employee: “ya”. Me: “is this star used auto parts?” Employee: “ya”. Me: “ hey how are you doing?” Employee: “ya” Me: um ok I’m looking for a4ld transmission that will go on 94 ranger?” Employee immediately responds “ we don’t have that”. Me: Ok. Probably should get someone else to answer the phone. I don’t know how you can say you don’t have without taking a quick glance at what you do have. Extremely Rude and maybe they don’t have and that’s fine but I had to share my experience as it does not represent the current rating

The absolute best used auto parts ever ! My husband and I were here over the weekend for a transmission. Everyone was helpful and very knowledgeable. The gentleman in the back office even came out to suggest a few things to help us with our purchase. I must admit that going to used auto parts locations always leave you uncertain about your purchase. But not STAR ! We have officially made this our "Go To" location for our needs. Thank's again !
